Standard KYC verification typically completes within 15–30 minutes during business hours. In rare cases requiring manual review, it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification the moment your account is verified and ready to trade.

Leverage is available for forex (up to 1:500) and crypto futures (up to 1:100), subject to your jurisdiction and account tier. We strongly recommend using leverage conservatively and enabling our smart stop-loss modules when using high leverage.

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at regulated custodians. Digital assets use multi-signature cold storage with 2FA mandatory on all withdrawals. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We conduct quarterly third-party security audits.

Yes. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days for bank transfers and within 24 hours for crypto withdrawals. There are no lock-up periods on the Starter or Pro plans. Institutional custom agreements may have separate terms negotiated at onboarding.

The Starter plan is free (with a small performance fee of 20% on profits). The Pro plan costs $49/month with a reduced 10% performance fee. There are no deposit fees. Withdrawal fees depend on the method (crypto is free; bank transfers may incur a small processing fee).
